Anup Singh, founder dLife.in is a man on a mission to revolutionize the way we think about diabetes and metabolic health in India. A graduate Eniginner and silver medallist from IIT Roorkee, was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2011. He refrained from mainstream medication of prescruption drugs and decided to take matters in his own hands. He started researching on body chemisty and nutrition that can have impact on the metabolosm of human body. His research was inspired after he explored Dr. bernstein an another enginner  struck with diabetic in chilhood, now known more know as father of diabetic remission. On a similar path, Anup Singh, the "Big Daddy of Indian Low-carb," as he's affectionately known in the low-carb community. He became diabetes-free and has maintained non-diabetic A1C levels for over a decade. He's been medication-free since 2011.

His journey didnt stop there. He wanted to share his knowledge and help others like him. So, in 2014, he founded http://dLife.in, a platform dedicated to educating people about low-carb nutrition and metabolic health.  The platform offers a wide range of resources, including thousands of Indian low-carb recipes, success stories, and a community where people can share their experiences and learn from each other.

His  goal is to build an army of highly qualified metabolic health coaches, including doctors, engineers, and other professionals, who can help people adopt a low-carb lifestyle and improve their metabolic health. He's like the Tony Stark of the low-carb world, assembling a team of superheroes to fight the good fight. To achieve this goal, in 2020, he launched the dLife Diploma in Health and Nutrition, which is like the Hogwarts School of Low-Carb Wizardry. This course is the first of its kind in India and legally certifies individuals to practice as metabolic health coaches. It's like getting a diploma in kicking diabetes' butt!
