Reasearch University of British Columbia: On common practice wiles dealing to manage blood sugar levels, the most common practice is when most people start counting carbohydrates intake in their food. A latest research reveals that, for some, it would be very important to consider the proteins and fats in their diet plans that can leverage blood sugar levels. The case study research conducted on a large-scale comparison to reveal how various individuals have insulin production in response to each of the three macronutrients: carbohydrates (glucose), proteins (amino acids) and fats (fatty acids).The study, published on 02-July-2024, in Cell Metabolism, The results revealed from this large-scale was that production of the blood sugar-regulating hormone is much more dynamic and individualized than previously thought, while showing for the first time a subset of the population who are hyper-responsive to fatty foods.
