Anup Chaudhary, Discussed about his journey for adopting Low carb and promoting low carb diet, being an acamecian teaching scheince, he notice a contrast in what students read about nitrition in books.and the actual nutrition scenario. This instigated him to further research and read articles on Low carb by some of big names in the domain of Low carb. This prvoked him to do a certification course on nutrition and fianlly was on the tracks of Low Carb Journey. Being a Director of Public health India (PHI), he talked about various activities and India centri Low carb research at PHI and the various other activities.
He discussed about his research papers that were published whic was mainly on dibetes reversal.
Abhinav Pathare, being a engineeer but was more keen or various sports activities as a coach was the steping stone for him to be more focused on the nutrition and diets. He was too keen in te Public Heath arena that triggered him to get a a Masters in Science degree in Applied Public heath from univ of central lankashire, UK. The thesis work done durning his academic year for master was praised. The also submitted a diet plan for the public healt in UK, and post completion he was focused to practice same in India and get on tracks of Low Carb.

About Abhinav Pathare
Principal Investigator & Chief Scientific Adviser at Public health India (PHI) and an Indian Researcher in Public Health.Academically acomplised with a Master of Science degree in Applied Public Health from the University of Central Lancashire, England, in 2020 with merit classification. His key interest is in researching the effects of macronutrients on Chronic Diseases. Most of his research aims to help reverse the obesity, and he has a distinct idea for doing this, which is discussed extensively in his Master of Science’s dissertation entitled ‘Critical Exploration of the Nutritional Factors Related to Obesity in Socioeconomically Disadvantaged Children and Adolescents of the United Kingdom: A Modified Systematic Review’. His work implies that the macronutrient-composition of the United Kingdom’s existing National Dietary Guidelines, i.e., High-Carbohydrates Low-Fat, needs an urgent change due to the adverse effects of the high carbohydrate content.
Along with the MSc in Public Health, Abhinav holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University (received in 2013); thus, he holds an understanding of Thermodynamics. Altogether, this gives him a unique interdisciplinary lens to address Public Health issues.
