It's mostly when, I mean, if I go back to the lockdown period, that was the time when as an athlete we were not getting to do anything outside or basically, you know, you were just homebound and that's when the thought clicked, why not focus more on your diet and, you know, nutrition and stuff like that because earlier it was just going to work, coming back, having something and, you know, get up next day morning and then now you have the time to focus on some things that can be utilized, you know, in a way to be a better athlete or you can call it a sportsman. So I had a mentor that time who was already doing low-carb stuff and all. So that's how I got started with the low-carb thing and most of it was through online learnings and whatever I could get it but then, as I said, I was looking for something which is, you know, like a course, a sort of a thing which will be, you know, helpful into understanding more deeper into it and that's how I was searching online for something like that.


So that's when I came across D-Life, I mean, and I was surprised that in India, I mean, we have something like that and, you know, globally it was already there, okay, things were, there were various organizations doing but I was quite surprised to see, you know, and that's how I messaged and got in touch with Anubhji and, you know, that's how, of course, I had a mentor and this was an added advantage to it but then when I enrolled, the whole thing changed because normally a course is like you enroll and then you get into it and you do your course and you pass on and move on, it's like that but here it's a complete different, I can say, feeling because the people here are, you know, it's like a community where wherein you, it helps you understand better and, you know, you have any questions or something so that there is a WhatsApp group, there are forums, so that's what's more important about this course I felt and that's how, I mean, it's still going on, I mean.

 and that's when he discovered D-Life and was looking for certification to bring about a change in the community and to give back to people he values. 

Being called a Metabolic Health Coach, it gives a differece level of confidence, specially when you discuss and suggest people about this lifestyle changes related with Food and Nutrition

Feedback of Course: The course is very detailed and very, I mean, you can say lendier and detailed in terms of the readings and videos and stuff like that but also the support to finish the course is, I mean, there's a lot of support from Sashi sir, from Anup sir, Anup ji and then Arun Kumar, Dr. Kaur is there, so these people help you get through this and that is what is more required, I would say, as a community to grow and, you know, that is the main advantage, I would say.

Feedback on Support and Forum
Yeah, I mean, you just get on with it. Yes, if you go on to the forum, you will see live examples, I mean, there are thousands, I mean, like in thousands of recipes you get, I mean, plus people who've gone through and sharing their experience and drawbacks and stuff like that, so that helps you, you know, and the whole database is immense, I mean, there's no doubt about it, so that's another added advantage to this course, you know, which gives you a lot of help in dealing with your various cases that you handle them.

So, as I said, there is a dedicated WhatsApp group for the practitioners and not even, not only the certified, those who are enrollees for them, so if you have any query, you can post it there and you get instant replies, that's one thing about this community. Second is on the forums, the thousands of recipes that you have where you can get, for example, a person with a number driven and want calories or something like that, you get detailed bifurcations and everything on those recipes, you know, and that's one thing, and then the forums you say where the people have posted live questions is where they had issues, so that's where a lot of the replies are there which helps you, you know, give a lot of feedback regarding the same and that's how it is, I mean.

Recommendation to Others:

So, when I started, I enrolled and I wanted to be a practitioner and I did it for a certain period and then, as I said, I was more focused on my athlete perspective, so it was a bit too much to handle at that time, so I've reduced a bit in terms of that, but whoever was coming across, 
I would recommend them to go and do the course because the only way people can, you know, practice low-carb, or you can say, is by developing a subconscious mind wherein which they can inhabit in their day-to-day life, otherwise, just me saying or any coach saying, you'll do it for maximum one month or one and a half month or two months, but then you need a subconscious mind for this to do it every day, I mean, and so basically, it's called watching your plate, I mean, when you eat, as simple as that.
