LCHF Diet Cure Foot Pains in Four Months

Hi i am Shiny Rajesh.I am not diabetic.For the last two years i was suffering from severe foot pain as i couldnt walk properly and i was taking pain killers and using orthotic footwear and all.Took ayurvedic treatment also but whenever is My cousin chechi who is an active member of this community Mrs.Meena Rajagopaltold me about the wonders of LCHF diet and i have followed LCHF from the last four months.I am so happy to share the fact that now my foot pain has vanished and stopped all medicine and started using normal normal foot wear.Now i am experiencing a kind of energy throughout the day.Thanks for LCHF diet and expecting valuable tips.Special thanks to @Meena
